Katrina Kaif, the sizzling hot sexy siren of bollywood who has been on a strict dietary regime for the shooting of Farah Khan’s raunchy number ‘Sheila ki jawani’ in ‘Tees Maar Khan’, finally completed the shoot and celebrated with her favorite Cinnabons given by director Farah Khan.

For the last two weeks, Katrina Kaif had been asked to avoid carbohydrate and sweets completely, so that her abs looked well -toned in the sexy item number. It was necessary as the actress was wearing a low waist half -sari for the number and her belly button would be visible to the audiences.









Director Farah Khan is known to be very strict with her shots and is reputed to know exactly what she wants from the artistes like Katrina Kaif. However, in this case, she did not disappoint and presented toned abs for the director during the item song.


Of course, for that Katrina had to undergo hard gymming and all that, but that was worth after watching the outcome. Farah was floored and gushed that Kat was looking her best. The number is going to be her benchmark like ‘Ek Do Teen’ became for Madhuri Dixit.

The number also has Akshay Kumar in it, and now stands completed to the satisfaction of director Farah Khan.

Tees Maar Khan’ is the first film of Katrina Kaif with Farah Khan and she seems to be hooked to the style of working of the ace director. Akshay Kumar, who has given several hit films with Katrina Kaif (like ‘Welcome’, ‘Singh Is Kinng’, ‘Namaste London’), plays the lead in the film.

The chemistry between Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif has always been excellent. In fact, analysts view their pairing as that of Hema Malini and Dharmendra in earlier times.

The pairing is like lady with a tender look and man with a desi touch, especially Punjabi touch, which Akki exudes in ample measure.

Though professionally Katrina Kaif is on cloud nine but on the personal front, the lady has been undergoing a crisis after her breakup with Salman Khan.

Though she is secure and upwardly mobile in her bollywood career but without Salman Khan’s influence, she would certainly feel the pinch of bollywood.

After Salman Khan announced his split from Katrina Kaif, the Bollywood belle got whiff of the news at a press conference and tried her best to hold back her tears, but eventually the curious reporters got the best of the actress who had to run out of the room to hide her emotions.

Katrina thought she was attending a press conference to talk about her new endorsement deal for Etihad Airways. Instead she found herself at the center of a Q&A session with snooping reporters who only wanted to know about her recent breakup with Salman!









According to The Times of India, Salman told reporters during a recent interview that he broke up with Katrina but that they are still friends. "I have broken up with Katrina. We were friends then for everybody, we are friends now. A relationship breaks if it gets stretched in different directions, or one person does not grow, or the other person takes a different path, or there is some misunderstanding or they have grown out of love," Sallu said.

And at the start of Kat's press conference for Etihad Airways everything went well, but soon the popular actress was overcome with emotions when asked about her personal life. "If Salman Khan has said he's single, I've also said I'm single. I am single. But beyond that I don't think I need to give too much of details," Kat said. "If Salman says we've split, it must be true," she added and walked out of the press conference shortly after.

Now the buzz is Katrina started to cry backstage and vowed to make changes to what reporters are allowed to ask during press conferences! "What happened was very, very disturbing. I had the entire congregation of media persons questioning me about a statement made by Salman. If for all these years I haven't spoken about the relationship, why should I do so now? I won't be bullied into talking about my personal life. I am going to take contractual action to ensure limits are not crossed at these events," Katrina said according to The Times of India.

"Whether it is my personal or public space, I've noticed I allow people to take too many liberties. From now on my personal life remains out of public eye. And those who wish to share a personal equation with me better respect that," she added.

Salman Khan may not be too happy after reading this. Even a certain Ranbir Kapoor may be a tad miffed and I am not sure of an Akshay Kumar. In what sounds like a block buster idea, the hottest Bollywood belle may fall into the lap of the King of Romance Mr. Shahrukh Khan.

Reportedly, film maker Vijay Singh is contemplating a period piece with the cast of SRK as the Awadh king and Katrina as the British lady. The film is titled The Opium Symphony and is loosely inspired from the pages of Whirlpool of Shadows penned by him.

Singh plans to cast SRK as the royal king Nawab Naseeruddin Haidar and Katrina as his lady love. Though, nothing has been finalised yet, Singh is keeping his fingers crossed. He cites with a tinge of excitement reminiscent of a runaway school boy, “I had met Shah Rukh regarding the movie and he had liked the idea. I am planning to approach him again for the role of the Nawab. He ruled Awadh from 1826-36 and fell in love with a British girl but their love did not suit the interest of opium traders at that time.”

Though, Singh was earlier intent on casting a Hollywood actress, now, he has his eyes on the Princess of Popcorn, the resplendent Katrina Kaif. It needs to be seen if SRK-Katrina pair shall come aboard or not…..

We never expected her to behave like this with us. We have worked with many big stars from Shah Rukh Khan to Akshay Kumar but this is the first time that anyone has behaved so unprofessionally with us. We have never hurt anybody and never spoken ill about anyone.
Neither do we intend to do that now but we are still in shock as to why Katrina walked out after liking and approving the script and saying yes to it”.
